Mr. Arnet studied Mechanical Engineering at the FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg. His first contact to Additive Manufacturing was in the 90's when he worked as a research assistant at the LFT. He applies these technologies now for almost 20 years within the Schaeffler Group. He is responsible for the company's network of tool and prototype centers.

Educated at the Technical University of Munich he obtained his PhD from the University of Stuttgart. After two years at Daimler Research & Technology he joined MTU in 2000.

As author of more than 400 national and international publications, Prof. Emmelmann founded the LZN Laser Zentrum Nord GmbH in 2009 as a spin-off from the TUHH and has been its managing director ever since. Together with his team of scientists, he conducts research and development in laser cutting, laser joining and 3D laser printing technology.

Maximilian Hauk is responsible for the production of prototypes for BMW, Mini and Rolls-Royce. This includes the responsibility for the Additive Manufacturing Campus of the BMW Group.
He graduated from the Technical University of Munich in Mechanical Engineering and collected over 18 years of management in manufacturing experience in Germany, England and China.

Dr. Heuser has been working for almost 20 years in various management positions within Siemens such as Corporate Technology, OSRAM, Energy Technology and now as VP for Additive Manufacturing within the framework of a competence center at Siemens. Dr. Heuser holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Physics from the University of Augsburg and a postgraduate diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT.

Marco Kormann studied mechanical engineering and has been with adidas AG for 11 years. He is responsible for technology innovation, especially 3D printing and its implementation at the design, product and manufacturing levels. adidas is one of the first companies worldwide to produce and sell products using 3D printing on an industrial scale.
