Dr. Ingo Ederer (born 1967) is not only the key inventor of our technology but also one of the business founders. From 1999 to 2013 he built up the company into a leading provider of 3D printers for industrial and commercial customers. He was appointed CEO of voxeljet in 2013.

Harald Eibisch received his diploma in materials science in 2000. Until 2007, he was employed at Robert Bosch and Neue Materialen Fürth GmbH in research and development. He concentrated on light metal casting and forming technology. Since 2007, he has been working at AUDI AG in the field of technology development materials / processes. The focus of his work is on additive manufacturing technology in connection with metals.

Dietmar Geiser received his Master in Business Administration from University of Mannheim. In 1999, he worked at SCHOTT GLAS as Corporate Strategy Manager and then he became Head of Business Development Asia. Later in 2005, he joined FREUDENBERG as a Head of Sales & Application Technology and later as Director of Russia. Afterwards Mr. Geiser joined BASF SE in 2008 where he covered several Senior Functions (Marketing, Strategy, Restructuring, General Mgmt.) e.g. for automotive related specialty chemicals and plastics. Currently he is the Responsible for the BASF 3D-Printing Materials Strategy & Planning.

Joachim Hermes, born in 1968, joined the Berrang Group in 1999. Prior to that, he took responsibility in different positions within the fastener industry. Joachim Hermes is member of the board of the Berrang Group and responsible for marketing and sales, engineering and logistics.

Stephan Kühr, CEO of 3YOURMIND, founded his first company at 17 years old while earning his Masters in Physics and Business. He then successfully served as European Sales Manager for a Wind Energy company. In 2013, he co-founded 3YOURMIND, which was awarded with the German Innovation Prize in 2016. The 30-person-team is revolutionizing the industrial 3D printing market.

Jurgen Laudus is Vice-President Manufacturing at Materialise. After graduating with an MSc in Engineering from the University of Leuven (Belgium) in 2001, Jurgen began his career in Additive Manufacturing with Materialise. Over the years, he has held several production and sales management positions within the company.
Dr. Jonathan Sander
Digital Manufacturing Engineer, Sonova AG
Jonathan Sander is responsible for the materials of the 3D printed custom hearing aids at the biggest hearing care provider Sonova. Prior to this position he was working in quality control in a pharmaceutical company. Through his PhD at ETH Zürich and his time as a researcher at MIT he gained several years of experience in materials research.
